developing a habit of reading in children is even useful than getting them to playing and other fun, for when praying they can be hurt, but in reading they do learn skills and go the better practice, and unlike older people's books, children books should be made interesting in a child level and not any book to read.

I think the film only complements on what I know about the story, which was inspired by the book. It is important for kids to develop the love for reading so that the could easily learn some new things based on their interests. Perhaps I could try to read the "Read It, Don’t Eat It!" to a youngsters so that I could be able to teach them how to treat a book properly.

My one boy's favorite series is the very old Andrew Lang's color fairy series from the turn of the last century. I'm glad he took to it. He may well graduate to the adult works of Lang later on. We read to each other, and I know I'll learn more with him as we both grow older.

I don't think kids need pictures for very long. Soon, if I assume he is of an adult understanding, it won't be long before he does, though we may always enjoy the childrens' books of Lang, Carroll and MacDonald.
